工商管理系经研究决定拟推荐傅清华老师、张孝蔚老师参加学校2023年科研标兵评选，以下为两位老师的科研成果介绍：
傅清华老师：先后在中国科学院三区《sustainability》、《international journal of environmental research and public health》期刊上发表《does corporate social responsibility impact on corporate risk-taking? evidence from emerging economy》、《sustainable supply chain and business performance: the impact of strategy, network design, information systems, and organizational structure》、《an inclusive leadership framework to foster employee creativity in the healthcare sector: the role of psychological safety and polychronicity》、《enhancing employee creativity in the banking sector: a transformational leadership framewo》四篇文章，2022年获茅台学院高层次人才引进项目，2023年获得省委重大课题，目前两项科研课题正在进行中，累计科研积分800分。
张孝蔚老师：在财经研究（iii类）发表了《税收分成下的企业集团异地发展》，同时于2022年主持茅台学院高层次人才启动项目《茅台集团供应链金融研究》，累计科研积分202分。
